Governing law · South Africa
1. What this covers
TuMicha grants you a license to use TuMicha Go — the websites, mobile
apps, Wallet, and related software we operate in South Africa.
-
Who “you” are
The person or business using TuMicha Go, including staff you invite
to an account.
-
Who “TuMicha” is
The TuMicha platform operator that provides TuMicha Go and related
cloud software.
2. The license
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to use TuMicha Go for your own personal or business use, as
the product allows.
-
You may
Sign in, run your account, and connect services we offer, as long
as you follow this license and the law.
-
You may not
Copy, sell, or rent the software; reverse-engineer it except where
the law allows; share login details; or use TuMicha Go for fraud,
illegal goods, or abuse of other people.
-
Our software
TuMicha and its licensors own the software, brands, and design.
You keep ownership of the data you put into your account.
3. Connected apps
When you connect a third-party product (for example QuickBooks Online,
Xero, or Sage Accounting), you ask TuMicha to send Wallet sales and
payouts to that product on your behalf.
-
Your books stay yours
Those products are run by their own companies. Their terms and
privacy rules also apply. You can disconnect in Wallet at any time.
-
What we send
Sales and payout lines from your TuMicha Wallet, using the company
and bank account you authorise.
4. What this is not
This public page is the software license. A TuMicha Go Business
Account has a separate contract you read and accept inside the signed-in
product after verification. That contract is not published here.
5. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is in the
Privacy Policy.
6. Ending use
-
You can stop
Disconnect third-party apps, close your account as the product
allows, and stop using TuMicha Go.
-
We can suspend
We may limit or end access for breach, unpaid fees, fraud risk,
illegal activity, or a legal demand.
-
As available
We run the platform with reasonable skill and care. We do not
promise uninterrupted service. Rights the law does not allow us
to limit stay in place.
7. Law and contact
This license is governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
